Mrs. Ford's Dynamic Dragons 2021-22
We returned from third-grade remote learning and got back to fourth-grade business--NOT!-- "as usual:" new eating/cleaning/spacing routines, daily attendance changing like a wild ride at Six Flags Great America, and the never-ending cycle of testing, isolating, and recovering again. Regardless, our students were able to enjoy a rich variety of the visual, musical, and theatrical arts this year.

Mrs. Ford's Brainiacs
Our class family had a wonderful-if incomplete-year implementing the arts into our curriculum. We learned the Elements of Art and practiced using different mediums. We used Notice/Wonder strategies in everything from our Morning Circle discussions to Read-Aloud's to math and language arts assignments. Our class learned how to study works of art and practiced many styles before our sudden school closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Please enjoy some examples of their student work~
